Kim Kardashian in no rush to be married and pregnant
The Queen of Calabasas, reality tv star Kim Kardashian spoke to Carlos Diaz of Extra, as he went one-on-one pulling out some revealing gems like how she quashes rumors about her engagement to NFL star Reggie Bush.
“We're not engaged. We're very happy and we will leave it at that but we're not engaged.” Kardashian claims.
Like everyone else, she has an opinion about Britney Spears too.
The Playboy poseur who has her own porn tape admits that she’s constantly had a boyfriend saying, “I am a relationship girl. I’ve known him [Reggie Bush] for a few years and it’s been a slow progression and I think that’s been the best way ever.”
Kardashian tells “Extra” that marriage and kids are in her future. “In five years, I definitely will be married, hopefully,” Kardashian reveals.
She continued, “I am not getting any younger but he’s [Bush] young and I definitely want kids. I grew up in a big family….but marriage is first and I don’t know when that is.”
When asked if viewers will see Kardashian’s love in season two of her reality show she responds, “You might. I’m still trying to keep my show, my show…but you might get a little glimpse here and there.”
Kardashian tells “Extra” that although she has become accustomed to the constant cameras, she does identify with stars who have to deal with paparazzi on a daily basis saying, “I definitely do sympathize with Britney [Spears]. I think when you step outside of the house you know what you’re getting yourself into if you live in that world. So, I think that to a certain extent she can do things a little bit differently, but I think at some point you just give up and don’t care because it’s following you so much anyways, that you just don’t know how to get away from it."

Her Sex Tape
Kim Kardashian, the star of E!'s Keeping Up with the Kardashians, gained infamy for her highly publicizes sex tape with R&B singer Ray J. Although the 27-year-old socialite took legal action against Vivid Entertainment for ownership of the tape, she eventually dropped the lawsuit in exchange for $5 million. Because of this, many critics remain skeptic despite her eagerness to promote a more positive public image.
“I'm not poor, I'm not desperate, I would never try to sell a sex tape. It would humiliate me and my family. I don't need the money. It's something I feel very betrayed by, but I'm not pointing any fingers,” Kardashian told Metro.
While many people perceive Kardashian as a party girl who is best known for her adventurous social life, sex scandals, and her reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kardashian explains that she's actually a very business minded person who works hard to achieve what she wants in life.
As a young woman, she worked at her father's music marketing firm, Movie Tunes, for eight years. When her father, Robert Kardashian, who was known for being O. J. Simpson's lawyer during his murder trial, died in 2003, the company was left to her and her siblings.
“The company's been sold but I now own two fashion stores with my sisters, Khloe and Kourtney, and we're about to take our business online. I also model and I'm taking acting and singing classes. I work very hard,” she said.
Prior to her sex tape scandal, Kardashian also attracted media attention for her friendship with heiress and The Simple Life star Paris Hilton, who is now often being compared to her. Although she's not bothered by the comparison and acknowledges the fact that she can't please everyone, she still hopes that she can shed a more positive image with her reality series, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
“She's a great person but I'm also my own person and an individual. Everyone makes different choices in their life and I don't enjoy being compared with other people, no matter who it is. That's why I did the reality show – I'm glad for people to see me and my family and what I really do,” she added.
