Kim didn't give a direct answer. I know we (the fans) want to see them together on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. But I also understand their need for privacy. Basically Kim said it will be hard for Reggie not to be on because he is a big part of her life but she wants to keep her love life as private as possible.
I think the show debuts on March 9th. Don't quote me on that.
